As the Spares and Training Manager, I’m heavily involved in all aspects of aftersales, especially when it comes to providing technical support, ensuring that our customers have the correct spare parts to maintain their equipment, and making sure that they are fully trained to get the best out of their machines. Whether it’s traysealers or multihead weighers, I take pride in ensuring our training is relatable and tailored to each individual’s needs. This personal approach is what makes us a dependable partner for our clients.

I truly enjoy connecting with people and building lasting relationships with our customers. Every day is a learning opportunity—this industry is constantly evolving, and we make it a priority to stay ahead of the curve with the latest technology and solutions we can offer.

Outside of work, I’m a huge sports fan, especially cricket, golf, and football (though, as a Leeds fan, I’ve had my fair share of heartache). I’m also a music enthusiast and love attending concerts. In fact, I can proudly claim to have a surprising amount of useless football and music knowledge!
