The SD Series
Innovative and Trend-Setting
The SD series was specially crafted for viscous products with minimal moisture content that previously necessitated manual packaging. Its built-in vacuum system guarantees precise dosing outcomes, meeting the most stringent food hygiene standards. These versatile SD machines can seamlessly integrate with tray lines, tray sealers, thermoforming machines, conveyer systems for glass, tins, and buckets, as well as folding carton lines. Featuring a highly dynamic control unit with a user-friendly control panel (touch screen), these machines enable swift cycle times, ranging from 20 to 120 fillings per minute. The SD series stands as a pioneering force for inventive applications.
Applications: Sensitive and non-pumpable products (low moisture content). Cooked rice, Asian noodles, vegetable - and pasta salads, seafood mixtures and many ready meal components.Dosing Capacity: Max. 30 - 60 cycles / min / position, depending on product and dosing volume.

The TG Series
The TG series machines excel in delicately handling products, precise dosing, and maintaining high hygiene standards. With optimized component design and generous through diameters, the TG series accommodates a wide range of products, including delicate deli salads, fish delicacies with sizable pieces, dressings, soups, sauces, red cabbage, spinach, honey, jams, hazelnut or chocolate spreads, as well as meal components with substantial chunks like stews, cooked sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, and goulash. Its compact, mobile design makes it versatile for various applications in both commercial kitchens and industrial food production. The Leonhardt TG series, known for its versatility, offers effortless handling, swift cleaning, and customizable performance, catering to production rates from 20 to 240 deposits per minute.
Applications: Soups, sauces, dressings, goulash up to chunks of 40 x 40 mm, stews, deli salads, readymade meal components such as mashed potatoes, red cabbage and sauerkraut, vegetable mixes, fruit compotes and Jams, honey and many other products (homogenous and pumpable).Dosing Capacity: Max. 20 - 45 cycles / min / position, depending on product and dosing volume.

The TGs Series
Compact yet powerful, the TGs series effortlessly adapts to various tray lines, tray sealers, conveyor belt systems, and manual operations. This efficient solution, despite its small size, exceeds the highest standards, seamlessly managing delicate product handling and precise dosing for an array of items like soups with chunks, sauces, dressings, marinades, deli-salads, marmalade, fruit pulp, and diverse ready meal components such as mashed potatoes, stews, and goulash. The small-sized LEONHARDT TGs presents numerous advantages at an appealing price point: it's compact, sturdy, and versatile, ensuring reliable, smooth, and accurate dosing for both chunky and delicate products, including hot-fill 90°C applications. Moreover, it facilitates easy and rapid hygienic cleaning.
Applications: Sauces, dressings, salads with particles up to 25 x 25 mm, stews, delicatessen salads, ready meal components like mashed potato, fruit compotes and jams, honey and many other products (homogeneous and pumpable).
Dosing Capacity: Max. 20 - 60 cycles / min / position, depending on product and dosing volume

The AG Series
Based on the TG series, the highly dynamic AG series offers significantly increased capacities while consuming less energy. Enhanced servo drives and an intuitive touch screen control panel facilitate effortless and precise adjustment of crucial dosing parameters to suit the specific flow characteristics of various products. When dealing with frequent product changes or different consistencies, an easy-to-use parameter setting becomes essential. It allows storage of up to 100 distinct product programs under unique names, accessible for retrieval at any time. This flexibility swiftly proves beneficial, seamlessly integrating into tray lines (single or multiple), thermoforming machines, conveyor systems for glass/tins/buckets, folding carton lines, or vertical bag machines. The user-friendly operation and handling of the AG series ensure trouble-free management of these dynamic equipment lines.
