With over 30 years of experience in the food industry, I’ve been fortunate to witness incredible changes, both in the industry and here at Sealpac UK & Partners. I started out with an engineering apprenticeship that taught me the importance of solid principles, principles that still form the bedrock of how we operate today. My journey has taken me through all the levels of food production, and I’m proud to have played a part in transforming our business from a single machine supplier to a full line solutions provider.

What really excites me is the growth of our team. Seeing people develop, not just in their roles but as individuals, is one of the most rewarding aspects of my job. Watching them take the business forward with confidence and skill—it’s a great feeling. At the heart of everything we do are the long-term relationships we’ve built with our customers and suppliers, always based on mutual respect. It’s this trust that continues to drive our success.

Outside of work, I’ve always been and still am passionate about motorbikes and spending time on the water, although I’ve learned to enjoy the ride at a slightly slower pace these days. Travelling, though, remains a constant passion—it’s something I never tire of!
