JASA Sleever

The JASA Sleever customises trays by wrapping them with a pre-folded, pre-glued sleeve, suitable for trays, cups with lids, topseals, flowpacks, or fresh produce, as long as the packaging is rigid. It supports various materials like plastic, aluminium, cardboard, and foam, with the sleeve covering the entire tray length and closing on two or three sides. Designed for simplicity and efficiency, the Sleever enables quick changeovers by swapping the sleeve cassette, which automatically adjusts the tray guide width, allowing complete transitions in under five minutes to maximise production time.

Flex Cassette
The Flex-Cassette sleeves various products like apples, tomatoes, and kiwis with one cassette, handling different tray sizes effortlessly. Changeovers take just minutes, offering flexible and efficient paper packaging.

Fixed Cassette
