Jack Bailey
Sales Manager - North
I’m the Sales Manager for the North of the UK at Sealpac UK and Partners, covering pretty much everything above Nottingham. My role is all about representing the full range of Sealpac UK and Partners equipment—whether it’s full-line solutions or singular machines. I’m with our customers from the start of the sales process right through to installation, and I stick around to make sure everything keeps running smoothly for years to come.
I’ve got a good handle on all aspects of food manufacturing automation and packaging, and it’s always a win when we can help our customers streamline their production, reduce waste, and boost OEE. For me, it’s all about finding solutions to the headaches my customers face using the latest in automation and innovation.
Each project is a proud moment in its own way, and I give every single one my full dedication. I’m lucky to be part of a great team that shares that same commitment.
Outside of work, I’m a lifelong (and long-suffering!) Sheffield United fan—I’ve had a season ticket for as long as I can remember. Once I wrap up my degree, I’m planning to dive into learning a second language—Spanish or German is next on my list.
