Cap Inspection IT 700

The cap inspection system is designed to ensure the quality and conformity of capping. The system can detect every defect of the caps, preventing market claims due to incorrect closure of filled containers, distribution of products not intact (e.g., containers not correctly sealed), breakage of the security ring, or non-compliant/incorrect printed logos on the cap or lid. This system performs inspections for presence, kind matching, cocked cap, deformed cap, upper surface deformation, missing tamper band, damaged tamper band, torn tamper band, pinched tamper band, broken tamper band bridges, and cap to bottle axiality, with software tools specific for TWIST-OFF, FLAT, and TETHERED caps.
