Andy Gray

Field Service Manager

As Field Service Manager at Sealpac UK and Partners, I’m responsible for all things site-related, making sure everything—and everyone—runs smoothly. With 40 years in engineering and a strong electrical bias, I’ve gained experience in everything from operations management to mechanical and pneumatic systems. I’ve spent over 10 years leading service departments, and while I didn’t expect to return to service after seven years in training, life has a funny way of presenting new opportunities. Now, I’m thrilled to be part of Sealpac UK & Partners and excited to keep helping the company continue to grow and thrive.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is helping people develop their skills - watching them grow both in their roles and as individuals. I’m also passionate about standardising processes to improve efficiency and skill sets across the business. While I take pride in all the work I’ve done, it’s the collective impact that matters most to me.

Outside of work, I’m a director at Cheadle Heath Nomads, a semi-professional football club, and I enjoy hitting the golf course whenever I can. And being Scottish, it’s only natural that I have a love for Irn Bru and anything deep-fried - some things just never change!
