Below are two configurations of ALL-IN-ONE systems that combine 3 technologies each in a single system. We can build our machines fully to retail specification.
ALL-IN-ONE with LDS / XR / CW
With Leak Detection System, X-Ray and Checkweigher
This configuration features three advanced inspection modules: Leak Detection, X-Ray, and Checkweigher.
Products first undergo micro-leak detection via the LDS module, which applies slight pressure to packages, allowing gas to escape from any holes. Target molecules like CO2, alcohol, and specific flavours are detected using IR or laser spectroscopy.
Next, a state-of-the-art X-ray system scans for contaminants such as glass, stones, metals, bones, and high-density plastics, even through metalised packaging.
Simultaneously, the dynamic weighing unit (optional MID-approved version) verifies that the actual weight matches the nominal weight, pinpointing any packages outside tolerance. A reject system, configurable with air jet or pneumatic cylinder, completes the system.
All this is housed in a compact design with a single user interface that displays inspection results, manages waste separation, sets recipes automatically, and reduces energy consumption.

This configuration features three advanced inspection modules: Code and Label Inspection, Track and Trace Platform and Seal Area Check
A camera located beneath the belts, equipped with a lighting system, inspects labels and codes on the lower side of the package, utilising the movement of the conveyors. A second camera above the conveyor inspects the labels and codes on the upper side.
The system recognises and reads various codes (alphanumeric, QR, Data Matrix, etc.) and verifies label conformity in terms of presence, readability, position, inclination, and compliance with production formats. It also ensures the lower label matches the upper one.
Additionally, it can integrate with a Track & Trace platform for serialisation, managing data through an onboard or external printer and dedicated software.
Lastly, a third camera employing hyperspectral technology detects organic materials in the sealing area of the tray, even through opaque or coloured packaging that traditional systems cannot inspect.
A configurable reject system, using either an air jet or pneumatic cylinder, completes the setup. All this is achieved in a compact design with a single user interface that displays inspection results, manages waste separation, sets recipes automatically, and reduces energy consumption.
